At TEK, we help our clients communicate. The messages may change, but the necessity to share ideas remains constant. We have found that our clients plan events for three main reasons:

Inspiration Celebration Education

For the corporate chairman delivering words of guidance and encouragement to employees…

For the loyal staff who have earned accolades and the reward of a celebratory gala…

For the members of an engaged workforce attending classes to maintain and update skills…

…we do everything The TEK Way.

The TEK Way

Event production is fun. We produce highly effective and efficient meetings with maximum customer service and minimal stress. We clearly deliver our clients’ messages while teaming with them to achieve a shared goal - success.

What Our Clients Say

The following quotes have been collected over the past couple of years. These are transcripts of actual letters, cards and e-mails sent to us post-event by our clients. We have presented them here anonymously, so as to protect the authors’ identities.

Note the recurring themes of teamwork, attention to detail, and surpassing expectations. These represent “The TEK Way.”

“I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your team for a superb performance.... you guys made it so easy for all of us. TEK's responsiveness and ability to execute is quite impressive... a very professional organization!”

“You and your team always exceed expectations, I truly cannot thank you enough for taking our event to that next level. Our partner cannot stop saying how much of an improvement the production was this year as compared to last year.”

“I wanted to pass on to the team the overwhelming success of this work that you did. Our client was thrilled with it and went out of his way to ask me to thank everyone involved for the late nights, long hours and exceptional effort. From the crew bookings to the transcriptions, shooting to the editing, everyone paid attention to the details to ensure the success of this project. I wish you could all be here as I continue to get stopped in the hallways to receive the thanks of the panelists and clients.”

“I told the crew they were ‘the Best’ crew we’ve had. Everything went very well.”

“The audiovisual was seamless, and it was a great relief knowing that you had everything under control.”

“To the ‘behind the scenes’ team: Thanks to all of you for your hard work and professional efforts last week in NY. Your diligence and expertise resulted in a great event that everyone enjoyed.”

“Please share my gratitude with your team for their professionalism and attention to detail. Your team took care of everything perfectly.”

“By far, you and your team have been one of the best to work with! I hope to work with you all again as well.”

“I also wanted to thank you for solving all the little things throughout the day of set-up. It would have taken me all day to figure out that CD issue and you were able to solve it for me with a burned disc in just 20 mins! Those are the little things that TEK does for me that makes it almost impossible to run an event without you and your team.”

“Mike mentioned how relieved he was when he walked in the door to see that TEK was running the show. He said it immediately put him at ease because everything always goes flawless when TEK is there!”

“Just wanted to send a note thanking you for all your efforts last week. The program ran flawlessly and I know the kids had a great time. You all were a pleasure to be on site with and I really look forward to working with you again in the future! Thanks for all your hard work.”

“It was a pleasure having you both on board for our event this week. The audiovisual was seamless, and it was a great relief knowing that you had everything under control.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and the entire TEK Team for all your help in making our show a great success again this year! We continued to ‘Raise our game’ this year with the additions of more video and plenary sessions and you were right there with us all the way.”

“We continue to receive many positive comments from participants, instructors and our leaders about how impressed they were with the entire program. We certainly know that TEK's dedication is in no small part in making that happen and that each member of your team (some of whom we don't even meet) give us their 100% to make our jobs easier. Please know how much we appreciate it. Great job all around! Thanks again!”

“You are always so patient with our many last minute changes. It is great to have a calm, professional opinion or suggestion from you when I get worked up about details and changes. Everything went really smoothly thanks to you and your wonderful team.”

“Thank you for your partnership. You helped make 2008 an amazing year.”
